Blair earned a business degree from Texas A&M University and was inducted into the Leduc Sports Hall of Fame in 2021 for his achievements and contributions to the sport of golf.

Blair has lived in Leduc for over 40 years and continues to raise his two sons with his wife Keri in the community in which they both grew up. When he is not selling real estate, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether on the golf course, camping, or simply sharing a delicious meal.
